Alien Trilogy U.K. VHS boxset.

This is one legendary box set. Released in 1993 as a Limited Edition it included a  t shirt which mine is sadly missing. I do however have everything else which includes:


Four VHS cassettes, one for each film plus the making of Alien 3.

Twelve art prints, four from each film.

A booklet covering the making of all three films.

Three badges, one for each film.

A flyer advertising the Alien War live experience which ran at the Trocadero centre in London. Plus a 2 for 1 entry pass for the same event.

 

And a certificate showing the Limited Edition number.

This is how all box sets should be. When you are paying money for films you probably already have a box set has to be extra special, and this one is. The case is beautifully designed, the life size facehugger is exquisitely detailed. The artwork contained in the prints and booklet is amazing. The badges are a nice little extra and the Alien War flyer brings back good memories of going there with my cousin in the mid 90's. If your an Alien fan and don't already have this i recommend you keep an eye on Ebay for one. And if anyone happens to have two of the t shirts, can i buy one?

Rutger Hauer loves Pez?

Welcome. I have created this blog out of curiosity. I use various social websites such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram but have never had a blog and have decided to give one a try. This may or may not last, but while it does the main theme will be things i have collected in my 35 years as a "geek". The reason for the strange title? As i sat  in the loft creating this blog and coming up with title after title that had already been taken, i looked up at a bookshelf and saw a Boba Fett pez dispenser stood next too a copy of Blind Fury on VHS. And so i found a title so random that it wasn't being used anywhere across the whole of the interweb.
